For all new stallholder applications please read our ‘Regulations and information’, and ‘Terms and Conditions’ documents before filling out the following application form.

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this document electronically or attending the market you automatically agree to our ‘terms and conditions’ and ‘regulations and information’ documents referred to above. Once we receive your application form you will be notified by email normally within 48hrs.

If you don’t hear back from us please email us on info@goodlivingmarkets.com.au as this is best form of communication for us during business hours.

An invoice will be sent to successful applicants, payment of which will ensure your position. Places are limited therefore priority will be given to people who pay on time.

PLEASE NOTE: All legal documents covering stallholder participation outlined in the application, and other documents otherwise not outlined, including current Certificate of Currency must be supplied.

MARKET INSURANCE IS REQUIRED minimum $20,000,000.00 *

All stallholders are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000.00. You must carry a copy of your insurance certificate with you at every market you attend. Please ensure that you email updated certificates to info@goodlivingmarkets.com.au as soon as your policy renews or expires. This is essential for compliance and safety across all market sites. Council Food Registration: If you're operating a food business (including market stalls, mobile vendors, or catering), you must register with the local council where you trade. This ensures compliance with NSW food safety laws. Please ensure your setup meets council inspection standards.

Food Safety Certificate To operate legally and safely in NSW, food vendors must have: 1. Food Handler Certificate Required for anyone handling food. Basic training in hygiene and safety. 2. Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate Required for businesses handling unpackaged or high-risk food. Must be issued by an NSW-approved provider. Valid for 5 years. I understand that my position may be offered to other vendors if I do not pay on time. I understand that cancellations on my behalf are non-refundable. I agree to use a marquee & weights to Australian standards at all times. I understand that weights are mandatory and I agree to secure my marquee down at my risk. I agree to take 100% of my waste with me
