For all new stallholder applications please read our ‘Regulations and information’, and ‘Terms and Conditions’ documents before filling out the following application form.

 

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this document electronically or attending the market you automatically agree to our ‘terms and conditions’ and ‘regulations and information’ documents referred to above. Once we receive your application form you will be notified by email normally within 48hrs.

 

If you don’t hear back from us please email us on info@goodlivingmarkets.com.au as this is best form of communication for us during business hours.

 

An invoice will be sent to successful applicants, payment of which will ensure your position. Places are limited therefore priority will be given to people who pay on time.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All legal documents covering stallholder participation outlined in the application, and other documents otherwise not outlined, including current Certificate of Currency must be supplied.

Do you require any power? Please choose drop down. Please note: Power is assessed upon application.

Power is very limited at the markets and is assessed based on availability. We can not assure power so please work on the bringing your own power, small power needs are manageable.

MARKET INSURANCE IS REQUIRED minimum $20,000,000.00 *

All stallholders are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000.00. You must carry a copy of your insurance certificate with you at every market you attend. Please ensure that you email updated certificates to info@goodlivingmarkets.com.au as soon as your policy renews or expires. This is essential for compliance and safety across all market sites. Please upload your insurance to continue.

Please note: Please ensure you have a current certificate of currency available to view each market and you send a new certificate when it's renewed.

Council Food Registration: If you're operating a food business (including market stalls, mobile vendors, or catering), you must register with the local council where you trade. This ensures compliance with NSW food safety laws. Please ensure your setup meets council inspection standards.

Food Safety Certificate To operate legally and safely in NSW, food vendors must have: 1. Food Handler Certificate Required for anyone handling food. Basic training in hygiene and safety. 2. Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate Required for businesses handling unpackaged or high-risk food. Must be issued by an NSW-approved provider. Valid for 5 years. Vendors must keep certificates on hand during events and ensure at least one certified person is available. If you are not sure if you require
